Welcome to Great Fun Books Co. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Great Fun Books Co. We run this website and online store.

These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when you use our site or buy from us. Please read them carefully.

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be old enough to buy things in your state or country (or have permission from a parent/guardian).  

When you create an account or place an order, the information you give us must be true, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We try hard to show our books accurately, but colours and appearance can look different on different screens.  

We can change product descriptions, prices or stop selling items at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS  
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can accept or refuse any order for any reason. Your order is not final until we send you a confirmation email.  

All purchases are subject to our Returns Policy (damage/faulty items only).

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING 
Prices are shown at checkout and include GST where applicable. Shipping and any duties are extra.  

You must provide accurate payment details. We can cancel or change orders if we notice a pricing or stock error.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Paperbacks are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon 
- Hardcovers are fulfilled and shipped by Ingram Spark

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once the book is with the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) belongs to Great Fun Books Co or our licensors. You may not copy, use or share it without our written permission.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS  
We may provide links or tools from other companies. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or what they do.

SECTION 8 – FEEDBACK
If you send us ideas, reviews or suggestions, we can use them freely without paying you.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES 
You must not use our site for anything illegal, to harass people, send spam, or try to interfere with the website.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Great Fun Books Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We can update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
