Returns Policy

We want you to love your books. Here’s how returns work at Great Fun Books Co.

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged, faulty, or wrong items. Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if the book arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Please check your book as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem, email us straight away at greatfunbooksco (at) gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out quickly.

How to return

  • Contact us first at greatfunbooksco (at) gmail.com before sending anything back.
  • We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • The book must be in the same condition you received it (unused, with receipt in original packaging).

What we cannot accept returns for

  • Change of mind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised books

Refunds Once we receive and check the returned book, we’ll notify you. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union customers You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. The same condition rules apply.
